The project scope encompassed a bespoke curved reception counter finished in book-matched walnut veneer with integrated LED strip lighting and a brushed stainless steel base, floor-to-ceiling storage walls across the open-plan workspace, custom-built executive workstations with modesty panels and integrated cable management, and a feature boardroom wall finished in ribbed walnut veneer with fully concealed AV integration.
The director’s private office received built-in full-height shelving, a solid oak writing desk, and a display cabinet matched to the floor’s overarching walnut palette. Acoustic wall panels lined the conference room perimeter, fabricated in moisture-resistant MDF and wrapped in premium charcoal fabric improving both the spatial quality and the acoustic performance of the space. Matching veneer finishes were coordinated across every joinery element, from the reception fascia to the server room door frames, creating a visually unified commercial floor that communicates precision and authority to every client, partner, and employee who enters.
