• ♦ Quotations: All Quotations Are Valid For 30 Days From The Date Of Issue Unless Otherwise Specified. Prices Quoted Are In UAE Dirhams (AED) And Include Applicable Taxes.
• ♦ Order Acceptance: A Binding Contract Is Formed When You Accept Our Quotation And Provide The Required Deposit Payment. We Reserve The Right To Decline Any Order At Our Discretion.
• ♦ Custom Orders: Custom Carpentry Work Is Designed And Manufactured According To Your Specifications. Once Production Begins, Customized Items Cannot Be Modified Or Cancelled.

04. Payment Terms

• ♦ Payment Methods: We Accept Payments Through Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later), Tamara (Installment Payments), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Cards Via Stripe, And Bank Transfer.
• ♦ Payment Schedule: 50% Deposit Upon Order Confirmation, 40% Upon Completion Of Manufacturing Or Before Delivery, And 10% Final Payment Upon Installation Completion And Customer Approval.
• ♦ Payment Security: All Online Payments Are Processed Through Secure Third Party Payment Gateways. We Do Not Store Your Payment Card Information On Our Servers.
• ♦ Late Payments: Failure To Make Payments According To The Agreed Schedule May Result In Project Delays Or Suspension Of Work.

05. Site Access And Customer Responsibilities

• ♦ Site Access: For Custom Carpentry Services Requiring On Site Measurements And Installation, You Must Provide Safe And Unrestricted Access To The Work Area During Agreed Working Hours, Adequate Space For Material Storage And Work Activities, Necessary Permits Or Permissions From Building Management If Applicable, And Utilities Required For Installation (Electricity, Water If Needed).
• ♦ Site Conditions: You Are Responsible For Ensuring The Site Is Ready For Installation, Including Structural Integrity Of Walls And Floors, Removal Of Existing Furniture Or Obstacles If Required, And Protection Of Valuables And Personal Items.
• ♦ Measurements: While We Take Careful Measurements, You Are Encouraged To Verify Critical Dimensions Before Production Begins. We Are Not Liable For Measurement Discrepancies If You Fail To Approve Final Measurements.

06. Material Storage And Delivery

• ♦ Material Responsibility: Karnak Carpentry Is Responsible For Proper Storage, Handling, And Transportation Of All Materials And Finished Products Until Installation Is Complete.
• ♦ Delivery Schedule: We Will Provide Estimated Delivery And Installation Dates. While We Strive To Meet Deadlines, Dates Are Approximate And Subject To Factors Beyond Our Control Including Material Availability And Site Readiness.
• ♦ Free Shipping: We Provide Free Delivery Within Our Standard Service Areas Across The UAE. Additional Charges May Apply For Remote Locations Or Special Delivery Requirements.

07. Installation And Assembly

• ♦ Free Assembly: Professional Installation And Assembly Services Are Included At No Additional Cost For All Orders.
• ♦ Installation Process: Our Skilled Technicians Will Complete Installation According To Industry Standards And Manufacturer Specifications.
• ♦ Customer Approval: Upon Completion Of Installation, You Will Be Asked To Inspect The Work And Provide Approval. Any Concerns Must Be Raised At This Time.
• ♦ Post Installation: After You Approve The Installation, The Project Is Considered Complete And Final Payment Becomes Due.

08. Cancellations And Refunds

• ♦ Cancellation Policy: Before Production Begins, You May Cancel Your Order With A Full Refund Of The Deposit, Minus Any Design Or Consultation Fees Incurred. After Production Begins, Cancellation Is Subject To A Restocking Fee Of Up To 50% Of The Order Value. Once Production Of Custom Designed Items Begins, Cancellation Is Not Permitted As These Items Are Made Specifically To Your Specifications.
• ♦ Refund Policy: We Offer Refunds In Cases Of Manufacturing Defects, Significant Delays Caused By Karnak Carpentry, Or Failure To Deliver Services As Agreed. Refund Requests Must Be Made In Writing To Info@Karnakcarpentry.Com Within 7 Days Of Discovering The Issue. Approved Refunds Will Be Processed Within 14 Business Days To The Original Payment Method. Changes In Customer Preferences Or Design Choices After Order Confirmation Are Not Grounds For Refunds.
• ♦ Cancellation By Karnak Carpentry: We Reserve The Right To Cancel Orders Due To Material Unavailability, Force Majeure, Or Other Circumstances Beyond Our Control. In Such Cases, You Will Receive A Full Refund Of All Payments Made.

09. Warranties And Quality Assurance

• ♦ Quality Commitment: We Are Committed To Delivering High Quality Carpentry Work Using Premium Materials And Skilled Craftsmanship.
• ♦ Inspection Period: You Have 48 Hours From Installation Completion To Report Any Defects Or Issues. After This Period, The Work Is Deemed Accepted Unless Defects Were Not Reasonably Discoverable.
• ♦ Defects And Repairs: If Manufacturing Or Installation Defects Are Identified Within The Inspection Period, We Will Repair Or Replace The Affected Work At No Additional Cost.
• ♦ Limitations: Our Warranty Does Not Cover Damage Caused By Misuse, Negligence, Or Improper Maintenance, Normal Wear And Tear, Damage From Accidents, Natural Disasters, Or Acts Of God, Modifications Or Repairs Performed By Third Parties, Or Issues Resulting From Site Conditions Not Disclosed To Us.

10. Limitation Of Liability

• ♦ To The Maximum Extent Permitted By UAE Law, Karnak Carpentry's Total Liability For Any Claims Arising From Our Services Shall Not Exceed The Total Amount Paid By You For The Specific Service In Question.
• ♦ We Are Not Liable For Indirect, Incidental, Consequential, Or Special Damages, Loss Of Profits, Revenue, Data, Or Business Opportunities, Damage To Property Not Directly Caused By Our Negligence, Or Delays Caused By Factors Beyond Our Reasonable Control.
• ♦ This Limitation Does Not Affect Your Statutory Rights Under UAE Consumer Protection Laws.

11. Intellectual Property

• ♦ All Designs, Drawings, Specifications, And Custom Plans Created By Karnak Carpentry Remain Our Intellectual Property Unless Otherwise Agreed In Writing.
• ♦ You Are Granted A Non Exclusive License To Use Our Designs Solely For The Purpose Of The Contracted Work.
• ♦ Website Content, Logos, Trademarks, And Branding Materials Are Protected By Copyright And Trademark Laws. Unauthorized Use Is Prohibited.

12. Privacy And Data Protection

• ♦ Your Personal Information Is Collected, Used, And Protected In Accordance With Our Privacy Policy And UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 Of 2021 On The Protection Of Personal Data (PDPL).

13. Force Majeure

• ♦ War, Terrorism, Or Civil Unrest.
• ♦ Government Actions Or Regulatory Changes.
• ♦ Material Shortages Or Supply Chain Disruptions.

In Such Events, Deadlines Will Be Extended By A Reasonable Period, And We Will Make Reasonable Efforts To Fulfill Our Obligations.

14. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution

• ♦ These Terms Are Governed By And Construed In Accordance With The Laws Of The United Arab Emirates.
• ♦ Any Disputes Arising From These Terms Or Our Services Shall Be Resolved Through Initial Good Faith Negotiations Between The Parties, If Negotiations Fail, Mediation Or Arbitration As Agreed By Both Parties, And As A Last Resort, Litigation In The Competent Courts Of The UAE.
• ♦ You Agree To Submit To The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The UAE Courts For Any Legal Proceedings.

15. Changes To Terms

If Any Provision Of These Terms Is Found To Be Invalid Or Unenforceable By A Court Of Competent Jurisdiction, The Remaining Provisions Shall Continue In Full Force And Effect.

These Terms, Together With Our Privacy Policy And Any Written Quotation Or Agreement, Constitute The Entire Agreement Between You And Karnak Carpentry Regarding Our Services And Supersede All Prior Communications And Agreements.
